Our loan book is diversified across regions and sectors, supporting the many areas where funding is needed. These include residential, commercial, leisure, retail, supported living, healthcare and student accommodation. With limited funding from mainstream entities, developers turn to us as a specialist lender.
Loans cover senior and stretched senior debt, plus mezzanine lending, which also forms part of our bridging loans. Our maximum exposure to any counterparty in a transaction is 20%. Our typical loan to value (LTV) is 70%, however, for bridging loans, we sometimes apply a higher LTV of up to 75%.
