Blackfinch Property has continued to grow its team with the appointment of Freddie Beaumont and Oliver Waterworth as Junior Investment Analysts, reinforcing its commitment to developing the next generation of property professionals.
The appointments form part of Blackfinch Property’s wider focus on building a team that can evolve alongside the business and adapt to the changing needs of borrowers, developers and brokers.
Alongside experienced property and lending specialists, the team is placing increasing emphasis on attracting high-quality graduate-level talent and giving people at the start of their careers the experience, support and responsibility needed to develop.
Both Freddie and Oliver joined Blackfinch following academic backgrounds in architecture, before choosing to pursue careers more closely aligned with property finance and investment.
